The recognition of a cultural association.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC
Given the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Cameroon,
Pursuant to Law No. 67-LF-19 of 12 June 1967 on the freedom of association;
Considering the request by the head of the association,
ENACTS:
Article 1: Is recognized cultural association called « Baptist Church » with headquarters in Douala (department Wouri).
Article 2: authorization of the Constitution of the group referred to in Article 1 above Administration Committee will be u order of the Minister of Territorial Administration.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published in the Official Gazette of the Federal Republic of Cameroon in French and English and sent wherever the need is.
