THE MINISTER OF TOWN PLANNING AND HOUSING
To all provincial services Heads for state lands
Mindful the pratice, by the provincial services of state lands, of immediately implementating court sentences.
I hereby recall that, henceforth, all court decisions shall be executed only after approval of the Minister of town planning and housing.
On the other hand, the issyue of lost land certificates duplicata shall be effected only on authorisation of the Minister of twon Planning and housing.
I attach much importance to the strict implementation of the provisions of this circular letter.
